Overall a good stay. Came in late and this location is some distance from Stuttgart city. I cant imagine staying here if i wasnt driving. Room was quite new, thoughtfully thought out and comfortable. Carpark felt deserted at night and what really annoyed me was the night reception telling us he would try to get us access to the carpark lift to our room... then left us waiting there for 20mins at 11pm and never came back. When we finally took our bags up, we heard the recept guy had gone home.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Die Betten sind sehr durchgelegen, insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist in Ordnung, Bad bzw. Dusche teilweise sehr großzügig. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis etwas ausbaufähig und vor allem das Auffüllen des Buffet sollte proaktiver erfolgen.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten waren äußerst bequem und es war insgesamt sehr ruhig. Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Außerdem gibt es eine Tiefgarage, für die man täglich eine zusätzliche Gebühr zahlt. Man kann dort parken und anschließend direkt mit dem Aufzug ins Gebäude zu den Zimmern fahren. Das ist sehr praktisch.

Das Zimmer lag zur Hotel-Eingangsseite. Be-und entladene Fahrzeuge störten zu später und auch zu früher Stunde die Ruhe. Auch Raucher und Handytelefonierer störten durch übermäßigen Lärm zu diesen Zeiten. Keine Funktion der elektr. angetriebenen Jalousinen. Da Klimaanlage nicht aktiv, konnte überwärmtes Zimmer nur durch Öffnen des Fensters mit obigen Problemen gelöst werden. Unsere Empfehlung: Nur noch Zimmer zur Friedhofsseite buchen.

Eine Maus im Frühstücksraum und kein guter Umgang der Mitarbeitenden mit der Situation. Grundsätzlich ein echt schönes Hotel, mit neu renovierten Zimmern in ruhiger Lage. Grundsätzlich finde ich es super, dass das Hotel Flüchtlinge aufnimmt und habe auch kein Problem, wenn dann ein bisschen Leben um die Anlage stattfindet. Ärgerlich nur, wenn man bis ca. 1 Uhr Nacht nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann, weil es laut auf dem Hof ist. Noch ärgerlicher, wenn es warm ist und die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht tut. Kurz zusammengefasst: Für mich eine Nacht zum vergessen
