The stay was excellent. Everything was perfectly clean throughout the entire property. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed, and the refrigerator actually worked properly and kept everything nicely cold. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. I especially appreciated the high-quality make-up mirror, which is something you don’t often find in hotels. Parking was convenient as well – there is free parking available along the street, and if that is not available, there is a garage option for €20 per night.

its a new hotel. design and furniture is tastefully done. Housekeeping is not done on daily basis. Location wise, unless you drive otherwise its not a convenient location. Can park for free outside the premise along the road though. Actual location is very near Mecerdes Benz Museum.

Extremely convenient location for concerts/events at Hans-Martin-Schleyer-Halle. The accommodation is clean and spacious enough for 3. Service is very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Only downside is that you can only pay by card, and they had problems with the terminal when I tried to pay for breakfast. But it all worked out in the end. Major plus: breakfast is free for children. Downside, depending on the reason of your stay: not many restaurants around for dinner, but we ate at the Halle so for us it wasn't a problem. Walking distance from the Bad Cannstatt train Station. The gym is minuscule.

Alles in allem ein super schönes Hotel, mit sehr viel Potential. Die Lage war für uns perfekt und wir haben auch an jedem Tag einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt in der Straße finden können. Gefrühstückt haben wir hier nicht, da direkt um die Ecke ein super toller Bäcker ist (Treiber), wo man hervorragend frühstücken kann. Die Mitarbeiter könnten einen kleinen Tucken herzlicher sein, man fühlt sich nicht wirklich Willkommen. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Unser Zimmer war groß und schön eingerichtet. Allerdings muss das Housekeeping sich etwas mehr ins Zeug legen, wenn es um Sauberkeit geht. Das Hotel hat Glück, das alles noch relativ neu ist. Würde man besser sauber machen, wäre es perfekt. Oberflächen waren nicht richtig gewischt, für 4 Personen gab es 2 Handtücher und 1,5 Rollen Klopapier für 4 Tage. Was mich am meisten gestört hat, war der sehr dreckige Boden. Unsere Kinder verbringen die meiste Zeit spielend auf dem Boden. Umso schockierter war ich als ich die Kleidung sah. Ich glaube der Boden wird nie gewischt. Wir sind zum Supermarkt, haben Putzmittel geholt und selber mehrfach gewischt bis das Tuch nicht mehr komplett schwarz war. Das ist sehr schade und dämmt die Urlaubsstimmung. Auf dem Bild sieht man das vierte Tuch von insgesamt 7!

An sich war alles gut. Bei uns hat sich lediglich das mit dem Frühstück etwas unglücklich ergeben. Wenn man morgens das Hotel aus terminlichen Gründen rechtzeitig verlassen möchte und sicherstellt dass man bei Beginn des Frühstücks ab 07:00Uhr pünktlich da ist, ist es für den Gast sehr ärgerlich wenn die Brötchen erst mit 20 minütiger Verspätung serviert werden. Das war leider nix liebes Adagio Team.
