Everything was outstanding. The host was very communicative, the cabin has been thoughtfully remodeled and well-supplied. This was one of my best stays ever in the Pinecrest/Strawberry area. (For winter visitors-heed the warnings about the driveway. If it is icy or snowy, you will need AWD or chains).

Great cabin, our 2nd visit! Comfortable beds, a great big table and the kids love the loft room! Be careful on the driveway, there was a lot of ice and it was very easy to slip. Would be nice to have that plowed/cleared a bit more.

Nice spot close to dodge ridge. If coming from Bay Area, pick up a bake at home Apple pie from oakdale cheese. Don’t forget whipped cream and foil! You will not regret. This place was very relaxing and the kitchen was well stocked. We did not need to light a fire because the heater was perfect. Very relaxing and cozy 2 night stay. Will likely stay again on next trip!

Fun time in Strawberry!

The property is so clean and well stocked, they had everything we needed. The grill was perfect, it had propane for us, the air conditioner worked very well. We couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Cool spot. We went with our 6 year old son. There was a lot of really fun things to do close by. The pictures match the experience for sure. Cell service is rough as was described however it wouldn’t have been a problem if we had the correct WiFi password. Unfortunately we weren’t given the correct password. I couldn’t connect to the app but my wife’s phone had service and she was able to text. We were able to text the host who told us they would communicate via the app…which we couldn’t do because we didn’t have the correct WiFi password and couldn’t connect to the app. The host eventually gave us the right password and told us the password was in the book of information which it wasn’t. They asked for the dishwasher to be ran at checkout so I went to use a pod from under the sink and the container was left there empty. Went to the Strawberry store and bought a little pack so hopefully the next group won’t have to go out of their way. We love the town and have been up there many times. The area is truly special and the location of the place is great .

Beautiful house in a stunning neighborhood

Listing is accurate. Fully equipped kitchen with very well sharpened knifes :). Only used the bottom bedrooms that were great. The terrace is the best to get coffee in the morning. Very large dinning table and so many board games ! We stayed three nights and wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Spring Break Fun

We had a great time at the cabin, it was very cozy and well apportioned. We did have to rent a vehicle with 4 wheel drive to get to the property in the snow and that wasn’t understood until after booking. It was a great trip and we hope to come back.

Lovely cabin, great location

We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the large deck. EV charging was an added convenience. The 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath plus 2 half-baths worked well for our group. We'll certainly return for future visits. Minor improvements would be lamps next to the bed and in the great room for reading and chez lounge chairs to relax on the deck where we spent most of our time.

Mini getaway

The whole reservation process and communication with PM was excellent. The home was clean and cozy. Everything we expected was as planned. A quiet neighborhood with access to a river and the lake. Look forward to going back sometime soon.

Perfect for Older Children

The house was the perfect size and layout for our two families with 4 kids 8-10yrs old. The stairs are probably too steep for young children that could tumble down during the middle of the night. The cabin was super cute and clean.

We had a lovely stay with my family ( husband, 2 young kids and grandmother) the cabin is beautiful, well located and well equipped. Particularly loved the attention to details. It's 15m away from dodge ridge ski resort and leland snow play. Note that this property does not have a washer and drier, but there's a wash and dry close by. DO NOT disregard the need for chains in winter. The whole area, including the way to dodge ridge and lelan needs chains ( even if your in a 4WD or AWD, unless you have snow tires) and it'll be difficult to get to the property if you don't have them. I highly recommend this property, our stay was magical
