The holiday rental is located right on the edge of the forest. From here, you can plan your hikes, walks, or bike rides.
You can also take a leisurely boat ride directly from the Straupitz boat launch.
All other attractions in the Spreewald are within easy reach of the holiday rental.
The town features bakeries, restaurants, cafés, museums, a supermarket with a bakery and butcher, as well as doctors’ offices and a Sparkasse bank.
Your parking space is located directly in front of the holiday rental on the fenced-in property.
The holiday rental has a separate entrance.
It is possible to charge an electric car or electric bicycles, subject to a fee without exception. This must be discussed with and approved by the landlord upon arrival and before charging the vehicles.
Pets and their owners who smoke indoors are expressly prohibited in the apartment.
Towels and bed linens are provided and are included in the price, as is the final cleaning.
The state-of-the-art kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is fully equipped with everything you need. Of course, a basic supply of spices and other essentials for the first few days is also provided. This includes dishwasher tablets, etc.
Naturally, use of the fireplace—including firewood—for cosy evenings is included in the price.
Please note, however, that after 7 booked nights, an interim cleaning will be performed. The cost of this cleaning is 5% of the total booking amount and must be paid on-site.
