Backing onto peaceful horse fields with a south-facing sun-trap garden, it’s a calm retreat for race weekends, theatre trips, countryside breaks or work stays. Sleeps 5 (6 with pull-out bed) and includes free off-street parking for two cars.

The owners do stay in the property from time to time so guests may notice some personal touches and belongings. Guests are welcome to use cupboard essentials - but please treat the home with the same care and respect as your own.

LIVING AREA:
The house benefits from a large lounge area equipped with a large comfortable seating area, a large SMART TV with Netflix Amazon Prime and plenty of space to sit down and relax. Guests can also browse the bookcase for something to dip into during your stay. You’ll also find a basket and drawer of family board games for cosy evenings in.

For those working remotely, there’s a dedicated desk space here - plus additional workstation options in the second bedroom and at the kitchen island.

DINING AREAS:
The dining table seats up to 4 people and is ideal for a sit down meal in the evening.

KITCHEN AND COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook a variety of meals whilst away in Stratford. There is a gas hob, an oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee (starter supply included), microwave and toaster.

The space includes bi-fold doors opening directly onto the garden, a breakfast bar to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine while dinner is prepared. A small selection of spices and cooking essentials are available to use.

A separate utility area includes a drying rack, ironing board, iron and steamer.

BATHROOMS/TOILET:
There is one full bathrooms in the property that are equipped with a bath, an overhead shower, toilet, sink and shaver socket. There is an ensuite in master bedroom 1 , equipped with an overhead shower, toilet and sink. There is also one generously sized downstairs toilet and cloakroom with a sink and large mirror.

GARDEN AREA:
Open the bi-fold doors and step into the south-facing garden, perfect for alfresco dining in the sunshine. Guests can enjoy a lovely garden space. the garden is still a work in progress, and will be a great space for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
While the garden is still evolving, it is fully usable and offers a peaceful outlook backing onto neighbouring horse fields, giving the property a gentle countryside feel just moments from town.

PARKING
There are two allocated parking spaces (one behind the other) located to the left of the property. They sit close to the neighbours’ spaces, so we kindly ask guests to park considerately. Please see red square drawn around the parking space on the images.
