With one double bed and a high quality double sofa bed with a memory foam matress topper, this cute terraced cottage is a comfortble home for 1-4 guests guests.

A cupboard in the lounge doubles up as a wardrobe with hangers, so there is plenty of storage for four people.

High speed Wi-Fi (51Mbps) and a dedicated office workspace with a large desk, widescreen monitor, keyboard and mouse, ensures business travellers are well catered for.

Everything about this property has been carefully thought through, with quirky decorations creating a quaint, yet comfortable environment.

For this self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, a gas hob and oven, saucepans, kettle, toaster, microwave, toasted sandwich maker, plus all the crockery and cutlery you could ever need. It is also stocked with essential condiments and tea and coffee supplies.

The cottage has been rated 10/10 by the majoroity of guests and is the perfect place to relax after exploring everything Warwickshire and the Cotswolds have to offer. The lounge with log-burner (wood supplied) a smart TV with Freeview and popular streaming channels, helps you to unwind at the end of the day.

The Snitterfield Arms is a wonderful village pub serving great food and is just 5 minutes stroll away.

There is one bathroom, which has a comfort-height toilet, sink and a spacious walk-in shower.

All linen and towels are included and your welcome pack contains drinks and nibbles ready for your arrival.

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- Early check-in / Late check out may be possible depending on other bookings at £10 per hour payable in advance.
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors.
- There is free parking for one car in an allocated space, plus additional free on-road parking.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- The cottage is in a quiet residential area so we request quiet time after 10pm Mon-Thurs and after 11pm Fri-Sun.
- We reserve the right the cancel your booking and ask you to leave immediately without refund, if house rules be broken.
- A fine of £50 per person per night will be issued for any additional persons (or pets) brought onto the property without prior agreement-
