It was dated, the wallpaper was peeling off at the seams in several places, bathroom was tiny and the TV was smaller than my ipad. Very clean otherwise, no odor, comfortable mattress for the king size, staff was very helpful.

Pleasantly impressed

We were pleased with the spacious room. It was spotless and didn’t smell of harsh or perfumey chemicals. The bed was comfortable with ample pillows. The staff are warm and friendly, genuinely concerned for guests comfort. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Property is dated. Room was clean and comfortable however the pool area was not up to the same standard. I would stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable

Very nice staff. Quiet, you do not hear other visitors.The swimming pool is beautiful and big for a hotel. Parking close to your bedroom. Every time I decide spend time in Stratford I will stay in this hotel. My favorite now.

It’s ok for a night…

Room was borderlineclean washroom needed some immense deep cleaning. It was loud not that it was completely the fault of the hotel, but we booked in the same night as two out of town ball teams and it was incredibly incredibly loud with their parties both in the parking lot and their children room hopping. I would have wished that they put quiet families together and booked the ball team in the same wing as the hotel has a large footprint. I booked my room back in January and I did request adjacent rooms or adjoining rooms and unfortunately they could not accommodate my request so half my family was down the hall a minor inconvenience but would have been nice as we have small children. The pool was beautiful to look at. Unfortunately, my children couldn’t use it because of the number of ball team occupants.

The Inn was good for the price. But the Wi Fi didn't work and we were told that our room was too far from the source. Most annoying!
