Mängel im Detail

Auch nach einem Dialog mit dem Vermietungsbüro bleiben unwidersprochen 5 Mängel im Detail: 1. Die Heizung war beim Einzug ausgeschaltet, die Wohnung vollkommen ausgekühlt am 27. Dezember. 2. Die Tür zum Schlafzimmer schleifte lautstark über den Fußboden, weil die Holztür stark verzogen war. 3. Die Programme vom Fernseher waren nicht programmiert. Außer der ARD waren etwa 6 andere Programme verteilt auf 100 Sendeplätze zu empfangen. 4. Beide Bratpfannen waren nicht benutzbar, weil die Böden der Pfannen so verbogen waren, dass die Hitze vom E-Herd nicht übertragen wurde. 5. Eine schwere Alu-Rampe musste erst von meiner Ehefrau für mich als Rollstuhlfahrer installiert werden. Das hätte m.E. von Vermieterseite erfolgen sollen.

Super Lage, Wohnung okay

Wir haben die Wohnung als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern gemietet. Die Lage ist top, direkt alles zu erlaufen und schön nah am Hafen. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und vermittelt historischen Charme. Sie war bei unserem Aufenthalt allerdings nicht so sauber, wie wir uns das gewünscht hätten. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist zudem sehr übersichtlich. Es fehlte an Geschirr und Besteck. Im Bad ist das Licht nur über einen Bewegungsmelder angegangen, die Wandlampe über dem Waschbecken war nicht zu bedienen. Das war nicht günstig, wenn man duscht und das Licht einfach selbstständig wieder ausgeht. Auch die Verdunklung durch entsprechende Vorhänge nachts ist aus unserer Sicht verbesserungswürdig, im Eingangsbereich ist nachts Laternenschein, der durch die Fenster fällt. Insgesamt haben wir uns dadurch nur eingeschränkt wohlgefühlt, der Preis unter diesen Umständen auch etwas hoch.

Objekt wie beschrieben

Die Fewo war wie erwartet und in schöner Lage in der Altstadt. Sauberkeit war ok. Die Wohnung lag ziemlich zentral sodass man alles schnell erreichen konnte. Fahrräder mitzunehmen ist zu empfehlen da Stralsund sehr schöne Radwege hat. Insgesamt hatten wir dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit unserer kleinen Tochter und die Wohnung hat gepasst und wir waren zufrieden. Der einzigste Kritikpunkt ist dass ein neues paar Handtücher ausleihen mit 7 Euro doch etwas teuer ist...Aber das kann man umgehen indem man sich einfach noch zusätzlich welche einpackt.
