The hotel is fully up to international standards and that most travelers come to expect. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff is polite and professional. The hotel is literally next to the train station and very convenient, especially if guests need to catch a very early train. The hotel's architecture is modern and clashes with the historic aesthetics of the train station and the city in general.

Die Bettdecke war eine Zumutung. Wir haben Sommer und dann so eine dicke, warme Decke anzubieten. Matratze und Kissen hat gepasst, aber Decke wirklich Katastrophe zu dieser Jahreszeit.

Gerne komme ich wieder.

Es war alles sehr gut. Bis auf den Check - Out. Sehr unfreundliche Dame war heute früh im Einsatz. Keine Frage, ob der Aufenthalt gut war. Keine Wünsche für die gute Heimreise. Dafür: der Check -In war TOP! Am Tag der Anreise war der Diensthabende Kollege sehr sehr freundlich. So sollte und muss es sein. Danke für die schöne Zeit in ihrem Haus. Mit Grüßen C. Göpner

Alles passt

Das Hotel der Intercity-Hotel Gruppe ist sauber, funktionell eingerichtet und es warten sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter auf ihre Gäste. Die Lage am Bahnhof Stralsund ist sehr zentral, alle Attraktionen der Stadt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Einzig der Preis für ein Frühstück ist eher auf der "hohen Seite" zu finden.
