The vacation home "Am Kütertor" with its 4 vacation apartments - HANSE- , -KOGGE- , - STÖRTEBEKER - and WIKINGER - in one house is located in the old town center of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, with a direct view of the Kütertor and was built in 2001 and the vacation apartments 2020 new and high quality and equipped with great attention to detail.



All apartments have a balcony or terrace. Vacation apartment "Kogge" with south-facing balcony is newly and stylishly furnished with its 55 square meters and invites the discerning guest to relax.

The 2-room apartment on the 1st floor is equipped with an elegant living room, flat screen TV and a romantic bedroom, as well as a spacious bathroom with window and a kitchen with dining area.

The apartment can be booked for 1-4 persons. The 3rd and/or 4th person sleeps in the living room. For this purpose, an extra foldaway bed is integrated, which elegantly disappears into the wall when not in use.



A parking space can be used for a fee.



The harbor with the Ozeaneum and the Gorch Fock are a 5-minute walk away. The old and the new market are 2 minutes away, also numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and museums, as well as our 4 churches. The island of Rügen can be reached by ferry in 10 minutes. The island of Hiddensee can be reached by ferry in 120 minutes. You are also welcome to visit us in the Pension Altstadt-Moench, 300 meters away, which also invites you to feel good and relax with its 5 family-run romantic rooms in historic walls. Enjoy the irrepressible charm of the imposing churches as well as the numerous magnificent town houses, old fortifications and town gates. From the Kütertor and the apartment you can reach the town hall of the old market with its gables embedded in the Nikolaikirche in 3 minutes.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Sie ist mitten in der Altstadt und dennoch in der ruhigen Umgebung. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geschäfte sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zudem gibt es Möglichkeiten nicht nur auf der Promenade, sondern auch in einem Park außerhalb der Stadtmauer zu joggen (2 Min. von der Wohnung entfernt). Etwas ungemütlich war es an den ersten Abenden, da es noch recht kalt war und die Heizung ab 16 Uhr nicht mehr anging. Eine kleine dünne Wohndecke brachte uns nicht viel. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut geschnitten und eingerichtet. Organisation und Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin waren ebenfalls perfekt.
