Marriott Hotels & Resorts - accommodation in Stonehaven

Stayed as part of the Stonehaven Folk Festival. The owners were very friendly plus provided excellent access for our arrival time! Breakfast was homemade fresh including fresh baked bread and homemade jams. Full Scottish or continental breakfasts were offered. The hosts even served us extra early on the last morning to help us with our departure flight schedule. Rooms were bright, spacious, and very comfortable with open air skylights and light shades. Property was only a few minutes out of town and well versed on Google Maps. We were very pleased with our visit and will definitely stop in again.

I was in room 4 (single room) where the bathroom was across a 3 foot corridor. This wasn’t an issue really, as I never saw anyone from the two other rooms on that landing, the only thing I did have to remember was to take the door key with me or put the door on the snib so I could get back in! Bed comfortable and room spacious for a single. Breakfast room & kitchen both spacious. Owners welcoming and pleasant. Would stay here again.

My only complaint was that I only booked one night. I did not want to leave! The ocean view was gorgeous. The room and bed were very comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast had a great variety of choices. The books and games were a nice touch as well. Perfect location as well!
