Das Zimmer hat einen Zugang über eine Außengalerie zum Innenhof. Sehr süß mit Blumenkästen dekoriert. Geweckt wird man vom Kirchturm. Der Klang ist nicht zu schrill.

Unterkunft im Zentrum, bequem und schnell fußläufig vom Bahnhof aus zu erreichen. Hafen, Restaurant, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Zimmer sehr stickig, aber Ventilator vorhanden. Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber vollkommen ok. [Schade, dass trotz dafür ausgelegtem Schrankteil kein Kühlschrank vorhanden ist; bei den aktuellen Hitzetagen (07/2023) wäre es schön, Getränke kühlen zu können.] Bad ist recht klein, wenn auch sehr modern [für mich zu stylisch: Duschbrause ist rechteckig, liegt m. E. nicht gut in der Hand, rechteckigen Duschstrahl empfinde ich auch nicht als angenehm - ist aber rein persönliches Empfinden]. Frühstück: aus 3 Zeitspannen wählen. Es ist alles da, aber es wird nichts nachgelegt. Die Beschäftigten sind freundlich. Trotzdem empfand ich die Atmosphäre irgendwie unpersönlich.

Maskenpflicht? Nur auf dem Papier!

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, das Bad zwar klein, aber modern. So viel zum Positiven. Äußerst negativ waren der Service und das "Hygienekonzept". Beim Check-in wurden mir keinerlei Informationen gegeben, auch das W-Lan-Passwort bekam ich nicht. Bezahlen könne man auch nur am Abreisetag, eine Aussage, die bereits am nächsten Tag vom Chef des Hauses als "völlig falsch" bezeichnet wurde. Tablet auf dem Zimmer, aber es funktioniert nicht. Bei Störungen soll man sich an den Empfang wenden. Der Mitarbeiter, den ich folglich aufsuchte, war gestresst und meinte, er würde sich später darum kümmern, es sei ja hoffentlich nicht wichtig. Vom Chef des Hauses erfuhr ich, dass es schon seit Mai Probleme mit den Geräten gibt, er kenne das, aber na ja. Maskenpflicht. Eigentlich muss meines Wissens jedes Haus ein Hygienekonzept parat haben. Hier hängen auch Schilder und Markierungen, aber Masken trug kaum ein Gast. Die Angestellten hielten lieber einen netten Plausch an der Rezeption mit diesen Menschen, anstatt auf die Maskenpflicht hinzuweisen, denn die würden sonst ja unangenehm. Nun ja, wenn selbst der Chef des Hauses ohne Maske durch die Gegend läuft, hätte man auch wenige Argumente auf der eigenen Seite. Man muss allerdings bedenken, dass der Gasthof einen direkten Durchgang zur Empfangshalle hat und alle Mitarbeiter und Gäste problemlos von A nach B kommen - durchaus auch ohne Maske. Wer Corona nicht für eine Erfindung der Obrigkeit hält, sollte einen Aufenthalt hier also überdenken.

Das gesamte Haus ist sehr alt...damit wirken auch die Zimmer eher altertümlich. Das Bad ist allerdings top modern. Vielleicht auch durch die fehlende Isolierung heizen sich die Räumlichkeiten bei Sommertemperaturen stark auf. Insgesamt aber ein tolles Haus in zentraler Lage mit tollem, reichhaltigen Frühstück.

Als Übernachtung auf der Fahrradtour sehr angenehm. Tolles Bad. WLAN funktionierte bei uns (210, 2. Stock) praktisch gar nicht, zu schwach. Essen auf dem Marktplatz gut, sonst tote Hose.

Ausbaufähig

Direkt vor dem Hotel mit Glück einen Parkplatz gefunden da es nur drei Plätze sind. Die Begrüßung hätte freundlicher ausfallen können. Das Ticket für den WLAN-Zugang war kaum lesbar und ich musste mir ein neues holen. Leider waren die Hotelinformationen falsch. Das Wasserparadies gibt es nicht und die Sauna wird nur auf Bedarf und gegen 10,- €uro Gebühr angeheizt. Anstelle einer Entschuldigung wurde man noch ungläubig gemustert. Obwohl das Hotel kaum gebucht war bekam ich das entlegenste und schwer zugängliche Zimmer unter dem Dach. Am späten Abend konnte ich zwar den Seiteneingang benutzen, der Fahrstuhl ist darüber aber leider nicht zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war wohl längere Zeit nicht gelüftet und total ausgekühlt und damit wurde es eine erste schlaflose Nacht. Leider stellte ich dann am Morgen einen leicht defekten Lattenrost fest der seinen Namen nicht wert ist. Jeder Billig-Lattenrost von ALDI wäre besser gewesen. Das Frühstück war ganz ordentlich und auch die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die zweite Nacht war dank eines vorgewärmten Zimmer und eines handwerklichen Behelfs am Lattenrost gut. Das kostenlose Sky-Fernsehen ist leider nur ein Sportkanal auf dem Zimmer. Eine Minibar hat es wohl mal gegeben. Wäre für den Sommer eine tolle Gegebenheit gewesen um seine Getränke kühlen zu können. Die Verdunkelung der Dachfenster ist nicht wirklich eine. Ohne die kleinen Defizite und mit etwas mehr Freundlichkeit ist es durchaus zu empfehlen.

Es gab sofort einen Parkplatz. An der Rezeption war ein sehr aufmerksamer und kompetenter junger Mann. Leider kam mir mein CANON-Fotoapparat abhanden (nicht im Hote!l) und man war mir sehr behilflich! Bis heute ist er nicht mehr aufgetaucht - schade für all die tollen Bilder von DK und Stettiner Haff! Ich habe den Verlust beim Fundbüro und der Polizei gemeldet und hoffe auf Positives! Alles in Allem war sehr angenehm und ist zu empfehlen! - Günther
