Staff was very friendly both on check-in & check out! Room was super clean! My husband & I were in Lacrosse for our daughter’s graduation from University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. The hotel is connected to the LaCrosse Center where the actual ceremony took place so it was super convenient, especially with the extremely cold temperatures!! Also, we had a beautiful view of the river & the rotary holiday lights! Had dinner in the hotel restaurant after the ceremony & it was great! Food was delicious & service was fabulous!

The man at check-in was very kind and nice.The river view was extremely wonderful. Some updates need to be done. (There was construction being done while we were there.) Lobby was large,and doors take you to the beautiful Mississippi walkway area. Beds and pillows were great. Lights in room could be brighter. Large parking lot. We did not use the pool, nor the restaurant. The restaurant looked very nice though.
