Staff seems miserable. They seem put out when you ask a question and almost annoyed. At breakfast there were no spoons for the eggs. The breakfast attendant didn’t bring them out either when asked. Salt shakers empty. When I asked for salt the attendant grabbed an almost empty shaker from another table and handed it to me and didn’t take the empty one. Minimal service. The only reason I stayed here was free airport shuttle and breakfast included. At least they have gluten and lactose free options for breakfast which is a huge plus. Breakfast was better than most North American breakfasts. Staff friendliness and responsiveness lacking. They need to smile and look less annoyed.

The breakfast was excellent! The room was a bit loud as every time anyone in the vicinity opens or closes their door, you hear it loud and clear. The property is near an airport so it happens at all hours of the night so make sure you pack good earplugs for a good sleep.

It was great to be so close to the airport with a shuttle that ran every 30 minutes. We had a unique opportunity to have the only room with a private sauna. It was awesome!!! I’m used to sleeping in a king sized bed, so the bed was a little small, but comfortable.

Stopover on Way to Singapore

It was good, done exactly what I needed. Although the room was small, it grew on me. As a cheaper alternative to other big chain hotels,it is a very good option. Buffet was delicious.

Value for price is great!

Superb value for price. A simple room with a twin bed for an overnight near the airport for an early flight. Shuttle bus in both directions and an excellent hot breakfast buffet were both included. Friendly, clean, great recommendations from a staff member for a quick trip to Sigtuna by Uber. What more do you want?
