I had a late checkin and when I arrived into my room I discovered the previous occupants underwear in the room, along with a stained towel. It was late and the hotel was full so I had to wait till the next day to be moved to another room. I informed in advance my intent to check out a day earlier and get refunded, this was not accommodated

The compact room I'd originally booked had faulty plug sockets. The room was much smaller than I'd imagined. I was really grateful that the reception staff moved me to a bigger room, closer to the lifts which was lovely. My room wasn't totally cleared of used mugs the first day but generally speaking, staff were all very friendly, helpful and again, we were very happy with the hotel. (I missed the waffle irons this trip at breakfast tho.) Otherwise, the choice was good. I would just say that the staff making the omelettes, again very friendly, used the same pan and spatula when making ham or vegetarian omelettes. For someone vegetarian like me, that wasn't really acceptable. That would be my only criticism tho.

For the first I have stayed in this hotel before. Unfortanetely the room was not in the standard that expected. When I asked to update the room the reception staff ( young man) told me that there was no rooms available. Then I opened the hotels.com app and showed him that there was rooms available. After this he told me that the app dont synchronize with their system. When I complained about the bad service and asked to speak with the manager of the hotel he told me that the boss was not there and that I threathened him and he will call to the police if I dont stop. I will never stay here again!! Its pitty because the location of the hotel is great and I’m a regular guest of all Clarion hotels :(

Alt i alt var vores ophold fin og behalig. Sengene var komfortabel, aircon fungerede super godt, værelset og badeværelset var rene og rummelig. Deres morgenmad har masser af valgmuligheder, og kan nogle gange være overfyldt af gæsterne. Værelset var rigtig lyd isoleret. Det eneste vi havde udfordring med var elevatoren. Den er for gammel og for langsom. Den trænger til en opgradering.
