Two cozy bedrooms ensure restful nights, while the bright living and dining area offers space to relax together – whether on the sofa or over a meal. The modern, fully equipped kitchen lets you start your day at your own pace – with coffee that tastes like vacation. A special highlight is the private balcony, where you can unwind and enjoy the green views. The shared garden provides extra space to relax – children will love the swing, slide, and sheltered sandbox. A playground right across the street makes this ideal for families.



Located on a quiet cul-de-sac – little traffic, lots of nature, and short distances: a bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the most beautiful spots around Lake Constance are easily reached. For your comfort, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, heating in all rooms, and easy self check-in are available. Family-friendly amenities like a baby cot, high chair, and toys are also provided.
