Stobra is a terrific place to visit, however, accommodation in the middle of the city is extremely limited. You're sure to have more luck finding a room at any of the 4 hotels within 10 kilometres.

To stay as close as possible to the main areas, the Steigenberger Esplanade Jena and ibis Jena City Hotel are top choices.

For some alternatives, checkout the Lindner Spa & Golf Hotel Weimarer Land and the Hotel Elephant, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Weimar.
