The room would have been fine, I’ve stayed here many times because we love the pool area. The pool was closed for whatever reason I’m not sure but with that being said I canceled staying there and found another location to stay. If there are issues like this the motel should make sure it noted on there site and sites like motel.com. This isn’t fair to the consumers!!

Not good for solo travelers. My room door didn't actually lock from the outside, didn't have to use the key card to get into the room. There are NO parking lot lights, unless you count the building scone lights. The back door was never locked so anyone off the street could walk in. The shower head didn't work all the way, half the water came out the shower head, the other at the bottom. Hotels website says pets stay free, there's a $25/night charge.

The heating unit sounded like a train going through the room. So bad I couldn’t sleep for two nights. So bad we couldn’t stay the third night. No refund for the third night was allowed by the motel. You should refund the third night. Call them to confirm what I am reporting. The room itself (other than the heating system ) was great and the staff was very nice. They were hoping to get new heating/cooling systems in the future. The staff suggested we inform you of the heating problem so they could confirm it.

Checked in 1/17/26 evening, La Quinta Stillwater OK room 217. Live roach in ice bucket. Evening front desk staff moved us to room 215. Pool closed, and I picked this hotel on Expedia because it announced an indoor pool as amenity. Unsatisfactory experience this time
