I stayed here for 6 nights. These rooms are cheap and yet you won’t get what you paid for. “Daily housekeeping” is listed on their page. Not once was my bed made or sheets changed, there was also a large tear in the blanket . The air unit in the first room I checked into was incredibly loud so I asked for maintenance to fix it or for the front desk to provide me with another room. The air unit in the second room was quiet but couldn’t produce warm air. The air unit in the third room was incredibly loud. Then they asked me to downgrade to a lesser room. After politely explaining I preferred not to I was put in a 4th room that finally had a working air unit. No apologies from the front desk worker, not a thank you for my patience. The staff was actually quite rude anytime I talked to them. I’m not expecting the royal treatment, but I am expecting hospitality and a room with functional amenities. The mini-fridge freezes everything you put in it no matter how low you set it. There page also claims a “top rated breakfast”. This is a lie. Every morning is the same food. Powdered eggs, small sausages, biscuits, gravy. And they are not appetizing. There were other things that sucked but it’s a cheap room, so it’s to be expected. If all you expect is the bare minimum you will be disappointed here. If you take what they say on their page at face value you will be disappointed here.

Checked in to find a DISGUSTING room. Multiple stains on chair. Crusty stains on the bedding. Stains on carpet. Bathtub dirty. Contacted Expedia for help. Was told the Front Desk would change us to to a new room. That room smelled so heavy of male cologne. Requested a different room. Daughter with horrible migraines to strong odors. Front Desk (Shannon) was rude. Telling us she hoped it met our standards. Third room again had a strong odor of coconut. We all had instant headaches. Decided to check out and leave since clearly it was an inconvience for Shannon to help us find a clean odorless room. She gave said management would not be in until Monday to resolve the issues. Expedia emails me Sunday night stating hotel will not refund me the cost. Horrible hotel. Horrible staff. DISGUSTING HOTEL.

The room was clean, it was good. Although I was very disappointed that the bar was closed. That was the main and only reason why I booked the stay at this hotel. There were cheaper places to stay, but again, they had a bar. The staffs explanation why the bar was closed was that management or owner said that if 50% of the hotel wasn't full, they would keep the bar closed. And for that reason alone, I'm giving them a 1 star. Now too me, it doesn't matter how many customers you have. A customer is a customer. Regardless if it's 1 or 100. So the few should be punished due to the lack of customers. Don't agree with this and that's where I draw the line. I will not be back. Apparently they show there gratitude and customer service to the few, versus having a full house. I'm old school. It's the principal of it.
