I rent for 4 days . 2nd day . They didn’t clean the room , didn’t put toilet paper no shampoo front desk very rude she told me if I don’t like move out it was difficult get other place . I call Expedia and I get other place . Bad customer service .

Well, they put me in a room that had a door to the next unit to me. I was was next to stair well. Building is built very poorly. Im a union electrician for 33 yrs so I know construction well. The plywood floor had spots that was springy like it wasnt nailed down well and poorly insulated for sounds. I could here everyone walking in the hallway. Atleast 5 pepole tried to open my door.??i couldnt fall asleep from all the noises I could here. The floor was echoing. Most of all kitchen sink faucet loose.deal breaker no hot water to take my fn shower.

We stayed here for 3 months for work. Friendly staff. Clean property. Bed was comfortable. Easy to get mail and deliveries. The only complaint is they need more washers and dryers and hotter water.

The hotel offers a budget-friendly option, but the overall experience leaves much to be desired. While the price is lower compared to other accommodations, it feels unjustified given the compromises. Not offering breakfast is understandable at this price point, but the lack of cleanliness throughout the property is disappointing. The rooms and common areas could benefit from better maintenance, as they detract significantly from the stay. On a positive note, the staff is friendly and helpful, doing their best to assist guests. The location is another highlight, situated in a convenient and pleasant area. However, these positives are overshadowed by the cleanliness issues and the perception that even at a lower cost, basic standards should be met. This hotel may work for a short stay, but improvements in cleanliness and value for money are necessary to make it a truly worthwhile choice.
