Besteht auch diese aus einem Wohnraum mit einer kleinen Einbauküche und einem Essplatz im Erdgeschoss. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Obergeschoss und ist über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Kühlschrank, einem Induktionsherd mit Dunstabzugshaube, einer Geschirrspülmaschine und einer Mikrowelle mit Grill- und Heißluftfunktion. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher sind vorhanden, ebenso ein Radio. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Bad/WC mit einer Dusche. Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein weiteres Bad/WC. Das Doppelbett (1,80m x 2,00 m) hat eine komfortable Höhe von 60 cm. Zur weiteren Ausstattung gehört ein kleiner Kleiderschrank; eine kleine Bibliothek mit 2 Lesesesseln lädt zum Stöbern und Schmökern ein. WLAN und ein Fernseher sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Auch zu dieser Wohnung gehört eine geräumige Terrasse. PKW-Stellplätze und Fahrradgarage sind auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.
