Welcome to Happy Haven, a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cozy condo located in The Rockies complex of Steamboat Springs! On the ground level, this unit has all the conveniences you would want for a stay summer or winter in Steamboat. Heated communal pool and hot tubs, exercise room, ping pong table and laundry facilities are all available for your use while staying at Happy Haven!

Walk into the property to the living space, with a pull out queen size sleeper sofa, facing the TV with views out the sliding glass doors. Those working in the kitchen can be a part of the conversation with the open breakfast bar looking into the living area. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, TV and humidifier for comfortable sleeping. Conveniences such as built in cabinets in the living space and in the kitchen make organization a breeze while staying in this unit. Ski storage in a locker right outside the front door keeps your gear out of the condo and neat and tidy. The free city bus route goes right by this complex, taking you to the ski area. Parking is not assigned in the parking lot. 1 parking pass will be inside the unit. No Trailers or RV's allowed!!

**Due to insurance regulations, gas grills are no longer allowed at this property.** Communal Gas Grills and outdoor tables are offered next to Laundry Facility.

Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
