Bear Claw 316 On Mountain Condo With Ski-In/Ski-Out Access!

Starting Fall 2025, Bear Claw 316 will be undergoing renovations. Current photography will not accurately reflect this property for winter 25/26 reservations.

This comfortable mountain-style condo offers two bedrooms and a converted den, along with two bathrooms. The spacious kitchen and dining area, featuring a table for eight and a breakfast bar for three, provide plenty of room for cooking and enjoying meals throughout your stay. The balcony offers beautiful slope side mountain views and easy access to year-round mountain activities, whether in winter or summer.

Love Bear Claw - Wouldn't Stay Anywhere Else!

We come back to Bear Claw every year, and for good reason—it’s simply the best! The accommodations are always comfortable and well-maintained, the location is unbeatable, and the staff goes above and beyond to make each stay special.Being able to ski in and out of the building makes our days on the mountain effortless, and the convenience of the shuttle service means we can get just about anywhere in Steamboat without a hassle. Whether we’re heading to dinner, the hospital, or the grocery store, it’s just so easy.Bear Claw truly feels like a home away from home. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Family vacation

Truly ski in and ski out. Exit your condo onto the green slope and a short ski to the gondola. Heated bathroom floors were excellent. Very warm and welcoming condo. Minor flaws which are easily fixed included sloping master bed mattress, wall blow dryer not connecting and cumbersome to use, shower doors in the master bathroom difficult to slide, and dishwasher soap not stocked for but 1 wash. 3rd bedroom had a sliding accordion type door that looked like an add on.
