Central location with free on-site parking. Short distance to Stavanger city centre, Sandnes, and Stavanger Airport.

Close to shopping centres, DNB Arena, the new Stavanger University Hospital (SUS), Kongeparken amusement park, Pulpit rock, and numerous hiking opportunities. Viking FC Stadium and Damp Sauna are just a short walk from the apartment.

Easy access to workplaces in Jåttåvågen, Forus, Stavanger, and Sandnes, as well as the ONS 2026 forum. Very well suited for business travellers, with fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace.
