The accommodations were great, but we were sent the wrong code for the lockbox key by Hotels.com. This caused some anxious moments on our arrival at the Storefront East, but fortunately we obtained the correct info by calling the help number we were provided. Aside from this glitch, everything about the stay was great, and we will definitely keep this location in mind for future trips to the Staunton area.

Great location, Private and Quiet

We visit Staunton a half dozen times a year for theatre and music, and have stayed in a number of hotels and b&bs. This venue is the best yet! Location couldn't be more convenient, and the apartment felt like a home from home.
