Staff was excellent, very courteous. Room was nice, was very clean. Restaurant menu was sparse but what was there was good. Main restaurant rooms where holding private holiday parties, had to sit in bar to eat dinner both nights, not happy about that as no room for hotel guest. A lot of choices for breakfast.

The clerk seemed in a rush, friendly yet rushed us through. She offered wrong information about local restaurant. As a senior with bad knees, the room was a challenge. Bed was high, had to use a stool to direct the shower head and reach towels. The remote must have needed new batteries as it was difficult to change stations
