Very disappointing

Overwhelming smell of mold in the room. My wife and I woke up with headaches .Mentioned it to front desk, not to get a discount, but to inform them and they could not have been less bothered. Very disappointing stay to say the least.

The hotel itself is nice. Our room was spacious with a nice Mountain View. However, we encountered several issues with the bathroom. The sink and faucet look but the water splashes water out of the sink all over because of where the water hits the sink. There was no hot water in the shower. The lights in the bathroom couldn’t be turned on during our second night. There is no shop or restaurant nearby within walking distance, so if you come to State College without a car, the location of this hotel is something to consider. The hotel offers shuttle service to anywhere within 5 miles of distance.

Unnecessary accident.

Visit disrupted because a pothole at the hotel entrance caused my sister to fall and badly sprain her ankle and left hand. This was completely preventable. I insisted the hotel place a cone on the hole to prevent future accidents. They did. The staff was great but management should quickly compensate my sister for damages.

Two night stay for PSU game. Very pleased with how friendly the staff was and how wonderful the food was. Nice renovated room, bed was comfortable. Bus to the game was awesome, only $20 roundtrip. There is also a hotel shuttle you can take downtown.

The bathtubs were so filthy that we refused to use them. No one in my group felt comfortable or safe enough to take a shower. There was also a leak in the lobby area coming from the ceiling. This place should close until they finish the renovations.
