The staff was helpful and friendly! I have no complaints about what they did to help us out. But when we got to our room the room was 48° inside. It would not heat up above 53°. I called down to front desk they sent a technician up and he determined the heater was not working. At that moment they had no similar rooms available and offered us a room with a pull out or try to fix it. I opted for them to try and fix it. They were unable to fix the heat quickly and found us another room. But moving rooms at midnight when you have to be up early the next morning was incredibly annoying.

Hotel was nice but the beds are rock hard and the pillows are way too thick! I have never slept in a bed that hard. The pillows are so big it fells like you are sitting purposely elevating. It was very u comfortable.

Great place to stay just off campus. I found a fantastic trail run behind the hotel and had a lovely oat cappuccino post run to kick off my morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bonus points for giving out free little mints at the check in desk. Those were a nice touch.
