The staff is excellent. The property is a little dated here and there, but is well maintained. Some parts have bern updated. It's very walkable for food and shopping. Overal a very hood deal in State College.

I was pleasantly surprised. For a very affordable price, this location is near lots of restaurants (within walking distance) and was very clean and quiet. All staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Would recommend to a friend.

This property was adequate but not a standout in any way. I was surprised that housekeeping visits the rooms only every three days. Breakfast options were meager to say the least the advertised fitness area was ridiculously small. I felt prices were very high.
