Place was fine for me! Clean, staff was friendly, prompt, etc. Room was clean and nice. Had a key card that stopped working, but other than that, experience was all positive. And the keycard was minor.

The air conditioning in the room was not working the temperature was 79 degrees and I complained twice. The maintenance came once but was unable to get it to work. The filters where very dirty which he cleaned but it still didn’t cool off the room, he also changed the thermostat from Fahrenheit to Celsius 25 degrees which is the same as 79 degrees Fahrenheit. The night clerk stated she would get me a fan but I never heard or received a fan.

We were looking for a hotel that was per friendly and affordable. Typically to achieve those 2 factors you need to be a little forgiving on cleanliness and updates and repairs. Not the case with this hotel. The building was neat and smells awesome. No chipped paint, no worn rugs, no noise. The place is meticulously maintained and the staff is courteous and its obvious they take pride not only in their individual jobs but the building as a whole. Every inch of the grounds looked like a park and was just as clean and inviting as the inside. The smell of the inside of the building really stood out in our minds, fresh and clean, not overpowering disinfectant smell, really clean and comforting. Also silent, with so many pets ( we saw at least 10 other dogs with pwners) there wasnt a bark or loud voice to be heard. 10/10 highly recommended hotel. Also the woman who works the front desk is amazing. She was there when we checked in at 9:45 pm and there the next morning at 10 when we left for a function and there at 2pm when we returned. She is truly an asset working so many hrs and always smiling.

Staff were nice. Room was clean. No coffee in room. Few amenities. Very few choices for breakfast. We were given a handicap room which we did not ask for. There was no vanity or any place to put personal items. For the price we paid, I would not stay there again.

Room was clean, breakfast was ok. IHop next door and a few other restaurants close by. We were on the first floor and it was somewhat noisy. Unfortunately, the staff was not friendly at all which surprised me. We were there 5 days and our 4th day they didn’t even clean the room. From an environmental aspect, I don't mind reusing towels and not having new bed sheets everyday but they didn’t even come in to make the bed or restock toiletries.
