The staff was friendly and efficient. We were greeted in a manner that included support if we needed anything not supplied. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds fresh and clean. The pillows were perfect. I do not write this in a superficial tone. We had a stay in another hotel chain recently that was a disaster for our entire party. Lack of cleanliness can quickly and decisively ruin a trip. Thank you, Best Western

Nothing but praise for this property. The location is conveniently close to amenties but set back off the main road with lovely nature surroundings. The bed (king suite) was super comfortable and a good night's sleep. Didn't use the pool or gym but it was easily accessible. Breakfast was expansive and full. The staff was helpful and attentive. Suggest you bring a solid pillow as the ones on hand are mushy and unremarkable. Other than that, a very satisfying stay.
