Never refurbished hotel

The lady at the checkin was rude, she couldn’t figure out how to properly answer our questions. We went to our rooms and couldn’t breathe due to mildew and heat. We got new rooms but carpet was terrible, our socks were black in minutes. Old hotel and not kept up. Several people were complaining. One even left and couldn’t get their money back. The cleaning lady and the lady over breakfast were both very nice. Would never stay here again.

Great stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and ready for me. Even the night shift clerk was helpful and made fresh coffee for me at 3:45 am when I was checking out.

When I walked through the doorway the atmosphere was very welcoming . I used the stairs because it was so inviting. Borders in the bathroom needs a little work. But, all in all, I would truly recommend Russell Inns and Suites
