I stayed during the blizzard that came through and had to stay a couple more days. They price matched the Expedia rate for the extra day which I was happy about. Me and my partner enjoyed the hot tub they have at the pool almost everyday, and also went down the slide a few times which was fun. The rooms were clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Housekeeping came by and refreshed our towels and bedding as well as folded my personal blankets and put them onto the bed for me. The entire staff team from front desk, to Altos restaurant, the bar and gaming lounge were all very nice and friendly. Also like how there’s a store and a few food options within walking distance. Will definitely be coming back here.

The only thing negative that we found was the tile floors in room were not very clean. A good daily swiffer would do wonders. Other than that all was good.

Lovely clean room - upgraded for a small additional cost. Appreciated the main floor. However a noisy (loud running children) hallway likely due to the conference that was taking place. Was given inside room with no windows there also was no fan in the bathroom so it was very humid in the room after a shower, and once in while the room would radiant and offensive sewage smell through the vents.
