No EATING/DRINKING on furniture. WATER ONLY Wash your dishes before bed. Space is limited, keeps the bugs away.

Being out of town and the construction was great. The place was as described. Stickers were a real issue. Even not wearing shoes in the house we wound up picking stickers out of the carpet. Normal west Texas though nothing unexpected.
