TV was not connected. Had to locate an extension cord to hook up the TV. Also we called the front desk after checking in to inquire if they had a steamer available to guests. They never returned our call. The furniture is dated and there is not enough lighting in the room. Lastly it's odd to hear the toilets flushing through the walls. Perhaps the bldg is older and the walls are not well insulated. The location was great though. Thanks.

Room was clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The TVs need upgrading. Most stays now have smart TVs where one can easily connect to their streaming apps and watch their shows. The TV in our room was really outdated, grainy screen and no decent cable channels to watch any movies.

Our room was spotless, the staff friendly and helpful. When we had a concern it was addressed immediately (a heater failed to come on in our room and the bedside clock was not working). A late night trip to the hotel bar for some decaf coffee was met with a smile, a quick brew of a fresh pot and no charge!

Amazing! Renovations are awesome. Pool was gorgeous and food is excellent. They have a new chef, new menu and pool side bar. Very accommodating. We live in the area and came here as a staycation with the pool the last week of summer. Staff is lovely and grounds are lovely as well. Maria the owner was very attentive and went out of her way for guests. Great place-they have come a long way. A true gem in Norwalk-the breakfast is delicious too

Our stay was disappointing. While the room was clean, it was very well worn and in need of updating. The walls were extremely thin. we could hear other rooms and lots of hallway noise, which made it hard to get any rest. The pillows were small and uncomfortable, and the TV was tiny, making it difficult to relax and enjoy any downtime.

Room was very dated. Walked in and immediately noticed a stain on the comforter. All of the pillows are square decorative pillows instead of actual pillows which was weird and very uncomfortable. Woke up with a terribly stiff neck. The bathroom was in poor condition. The tub faucet was hanging out of the wall which a large gap, it also didn’t drain well. The shower head was dirty looking and also hanging off the wall a little. Needless to say I felt so uncomfortable, I chose not to shower in there. Staff were friendly but that’s all this place had going for it. I feel like all the reviews and high star rating were very misleading. Who is writing these reviews?!

The room had an old wall unit for ac and heat that was no longer being used. Cold air was dumping into the room. Also the phone didn’t work. They did move us to a much nicer room for our last 2 days, so overall I would give it a good
