The room was clean and the staff nice. However, this is not enough. The room was small, and lacking. There was no towel bar, towel hook and no toilet paper holder. The soap bar was the size of an Andes mint that you used to get at a restaurant at the end of a meal. There was not enough room for a table and chair, which was placed in the corner. I had to move the chair because I could not walk around the bed. The TV was small and outdated. I had to call front desk because the phone did not work on the first day. Overall, hotel needed a lot of updates and I would not stay there again.

The first floor area looks very nice, classic with dark wood. Very appealing. The desk check in person was delightful. Parking was easy. The room was very dated. It needs some upgrades in the bathroom. The air conditioning wasn't as effective as we would have liked.

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. It’s a lovely full service Hotel, with fresh salt water pool and meeting spaces in the nicest, central, yet Victorian, neighborhood.
