Front staff was courteous, nice touch was the free snacks at the front desk and ample parking space. Also great location to shopping. The rooms however was dated. Heating wasn't consistent (areas of the room was cold), beds were lumpy, bathroom sink had a leak and the mini fridge smelled.

Kind and easy staff, very clean rooms. The rooms seemed a little smaller than I'm used to, outside of New York City, and our fridge wasn't working properly, but overall a great experience and will surely be back next time I'm in town.

The staff was really nice! They upgraded us to a larger room and they brought us two water bottles the next morning, before checkout, to our room! We only wish we knew to bring toothpaste because it wasn't included but might've just been an oversight on housekeeping's part. The room was spotless and the shampoo and conditioner were nice and hydrating and smelled of Neroli, really nice touch! We just wish there was breakfast as part of our stay but I cannot find it in me to deduct any points because it was a really nice place.

The walls were fairly thin. I heard snoring for hours, the TV at 3 in the morning, and a 5AM alarm go off in the room next to mine on the first night. The second night was quiet because there was no one in that other room.

Staff was very nice but accommodations had some issues. First room was cold. Heater was not working. Had to move the next morning. They did not have decaf coffee. The room I was moved to was very small. Could hardly walk to the other side of the bed, but the heater worked!
