Nice recently decorated room in a quality pub with excellent decor. Really nice food as well in the pub restaurant. I will definitely stay here again if in the area so much nicer than a big hotel. Friendly staff too in the evening and morning.

Attention to detail and service. We dined late on a very busy Friday, without a booking but were accommodated politely with no fuss. On top of this the staff, who were under a lot of pressure, served the whole restaurant and bar with excellent professionalism and courtesy making it was a pleasure to dine and be served. Fantastic place to say, plenty of space for us and dogs, delicious food and such friendly helpful staff, apparently they sometimes have issues with the boiler but immediately offered a partial refund when we didn't have hot water
