Two of the 9 bedrooms have adjoining rooms containing 4 bunk beds each - for a total guest capacity of 26!

We completely understand the perils of travel at the moment, so if you are unable to travel because of federal, state, or local travel restrictions and/or flight cancellations due to covid19, we will gladly move your reservation to a time when you can travel, or give you a full refund (documentation of travel disruption required) - no worries at all!

**This villa offers an onsite caretaker occupying the furthest bedroom away. His presence and knowledge of the home is an invaluable addition to your stay, but if you do require all nine bedrooms we do accommodate as requested.**

Traveling with Babies & Toddlers? Rent a crib at $75/stay or $11/night, nylon porta-cribs rent at $40/stay or $6/day - bring your own sheets. High chairs are $25/stay or $4/day. Baby gates & toddler bedrails rent at $15/stay or $3/day. All prearranged rentals are delivered and ready for you to set up upon your arrival (it's easy!) Add a flat fee of $25 for delivery and pickup for one item, or several items. Car seats are available from your rental car agency - please order one when you book your rental car (there may be a small charge).
