Our room was clean and up to date. Beautiful views. Restaurant onsite convenient and food was good. Transportation provided all around the grounds if you wanted. Taxis available for off site adventures. Front desk people tried to persuade us to book trips for off site, which wasn’t a bad thing but they weren’t good about small important details like laundry area, fitness center. For first time travelers you don’t need to rent a car. Not even from the airport. They are everywhere.

The staff at the market and the bartenders were very unfriendly. The food was not great. The coffee was very limited. The staff at main building was friendly. The water in front of the resort was disappointing. I wont be staying here on next visit.

I had a great time ..good resort at first we had a problem with our toilet pressure but they came up immediately and fixed the problem so I was satisfied..only thing is it's not all inclusive at all so they need to take that off because that's false advertisement 😂 but overally kids loves thw place and we will be visiting again ...oh yea and it's a lot of stairs but you can call for some one to pick u up to bring u to the festivities...

Everyone was friendly and great. Could have used less volume at the downstairs pool, but the top pool was very nice. Food: breakfast choices were good, dinner was ok - it should have been better for the price - but there was a fantastic little shack/restaurant just around the cove a bit (sun&sea bar&grille) that I recommend highly. The combo was great. So, Margartiaville for room, top pool, workout room and cafe (iced coffee and bagels); sun&sea for bfast/dinner; Megan’s bay and brewer’s beach - left end for both - for nice beaches (Coki sucked). Swam with turtles at Brewer’s! Will do the whole lot again! Oh, also, rented a little Nissan versa - it was small and perfect for driving the skinny roads. I’ve owned jeeps for years - they’re too big for the island.

Can’t say that I liked anything about the property. Staff was rude and not pleasant. Only one restaurant option. Room had mold, smelled like an old wet basement. At checkin our room was not ready. Had to wait 3 hours. They did nothing for us. Property was old, dirty and not well kept.

Gross beach and waters. Unfriendly staff members. Terrible housekeeping services. Terrible communication. Lies. Lots of lies. Don’t go there with a group of females because all of the female staff members will be rude. Food was gross at the restaurant. Bathrooms near restaurant were absolutely disgusting; there was water, feces, and toilet paper ALL over the bathroom near the restaurant & pool.We only ate there one night and then went elsewhere for remainder of meals. Coffee shop out of all flavors (and told this with attitude). Pool towels are like gold apparently. We were not provided tokens at check in and learned that we needed to walk all the way down to the lobby from hilltop pool to get a token for towels. Walked down to get token (2 of us) and were given one token only to get back up to pool to have girl let us know that we each needed a token. Ran out of TP, body wash, and conditioner, and never was replenished, after asking 2x. We got back to room one day after pool and it was hot in our room even though we had thermostat set to 65. When we called the girl told us engineering would be up within an hour and we needed to be present. After 2 hours, engineering knocked on door and told us that they were working on AC because it was broken. Ummm communication among staff members and guests would be nice. Jimmy Buffet would be disgusted to know that this is how this place is run. Definitely not worth the hype or price to stay at this resort. I will never stay here again.

property was well kept up and beautiful. rooms were nice. they had shuttles/taxis there anytime we needed one to leave property. the restaurant staff was nice, although, their pace is a little slower than what we are used to on the mainland. the only thing I did not like was that we called for housekeeping due to dropping and breaking coffee pot full of coffee by accident. I called and asked for housekeeping and was told they do not do daily housekeeping during your stay. I said this is not daily housekeeping, we had an accident and would like it cleaned and mopped and they would not send someone out. Very disappointed in that aspect. I really feel they failed us on customer service.
