This property has gone way down hill since last year. They closed the bar and restaurant that used to be tons of fun and delicious. The pool is filthy. The chairs and umbrellas around the pool are all ripped and collapsing. The tv in the room didn’t work. The curtains in the room wouldn’t close. Hot water was limited. Such a shame of how they have allowed this property to deteriorate. Fortunately we were only here one night!!

My room was infested by cockroaches. The first night my sister trying to go to bed after a long day just to find a dead roach under her sheet, reported, none was none only for us have to change our only linen and get rid of the roach ourselves, the night coming in from a long day only to find another roach on the bathroom wall again we killed it ask for another room, they didn’t have any room so we have to stay in the room. The next morning we wake up about to take a shower and there was another roach in the shower so we check had to leave early with no compensation only sorry and we booked pre paid reservation so they can’t do anything. Property is good property but it’s not clean

The area around the hotel is the airport and the first part of town you are in is interesting have to drive to get to all the good stuff but great place other wise

The room I was staying in (Exora) had a broken shower floor, and the air conditioning wouldn’t stop making noise. I understand these things can happen, but I believe the rooms—especially the ones with a higher nightly rate—could use a bit more care and attention.
