Did not likw the restaurant service very slow. Also the wrong bill was given to me with anifher persons credit card Was not provided information on the resort and rooms did not come with a microwave or blow dryer.

The property itself is nice but there are no elevators so expect to pay or carry your luggage a few flights. Bar tenders look overwhelmed and not friendly. It took over 30 minutes to get acknowledged at the bar to then be told I’d be lucky enough if I got my food in less than 2 hours. Definitely an overpriced resort.

Check in was great. Amazing accommodations. Room clean and comfortable. Jules the chef and Shawn the bartender are the best. I recommend a few painkillers from Shawn. Glad I chose to stay here for my last day before flying out. You have everything you need right here.

Ok for one night, until we checked into our condo at Saphire Beach. This hotel is Right next to airport very loud.Food ok,Felt bad for bartender running back and forth to get food was not a happy guy at all..Front desk ladies were nice. Nice view from room balcony. Old place needs lots of TLC.

Location was close to the airport but hearing the planes was not an issue since they don't fly during the night. Great beach and pool. Beautiful scenery. Has restaurant and bar so you wouldn't have to go into town unless you wanted too. Not much within walking distance of the hotel so you would need to take a taxi to any off-sight activities. You will need cash for the taxi. Staff very friendly and helpful. Grounds were clean.

Its truly on the beach. However, no elevator makes it hard with luggage on the 3rd flooor. No information in the rooms about amenities available, for example: beach towels. The manager at the restaurant, Amy was amazing!

We loved the view. The maintenance part was main issue. Electric outlets only half worked. For the high price to stay there some of the things were way out dated and damaged.we asked for coffee and creamer every day and half the time no creamer. The restaurant there was awesome and the food was good but Amy the waitress/manager made us feel so special and if something wasn’t perfect she saw to it to make it perfect.

Close to airport and having a room on the beach was great. Food was good although an a la cart menu for breakfast would have been nice. Some of the hotel was in need of repair and having a person look over the beach to pick up left over trash and towels would be great. I would recommend this place for a stay in St. Thomas.

The property had a nice view but the service at the restaurant/bar was awful, the cafe wasn't open at all for our entire stay, and the towel rack in the bathroom was broken.
