Great location close to downtown stopping and ferry terminal. Quick ride to the airport as well. The hotel is an old historical building and needs some upgrades but it is ljvable. Staff was very professional.

What a pleasure to have such a nice staff..only stayed for 1 night but was very quiet and great location to shops and restaurants..breakfast was so good..only issue was no elevator but the nice lady at the front desk let me keep my heavier suitcase in the lobby

We ended up having bad bed bugs and have had to deep wash or throw away most of our clothing to avoid transferring it home. The staff was great and friendly and the hotel was very pretty, but this was definitely a crappy experience for myself and my wife.

We enjoyed the stay at Bunker Hill very much! There is a really nice view near the pool that overlooks the houses on the mountain and the bay. There is limited parking spots, two that are the hotels and a few that are along the street.

No parking. If you notice there is no pictures of the front of the hotel that is because it looks sketchy from the front. The staff was very nice but it desperately needs some updating. The beds and rooms were clean but its old and has not been updated i think in quite a long time.

Liked restaurant on site. Property needs maintenance: sliding door for balcony had only 1 old type lock in which one can open door to extent to lift up sliding lock and door had no outside handle. Not easy to walk around and find other restaurants to try, but if you want to buy jewelry it’s perfect. The hotel restaurant bar upstairs food was really good and great service. The breakfast was good and you can get free breakfast til 9:30. The coffee is ok the orange juice with passion fruit was really good. The staff was helpful and patient with all the check ins they had to do. Efficient beautiful full with two pools.

Service Great, But Rooms Need Improvement

Overall, my stay was just okay, but the customer service exceeded expectations. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and made a real effort to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The location was central to everything, which was very convenient. However, parking was definitely problematic. There were only two spots in front of the hotel, and street parking was limited. It’s also worth noting that the hotel is located on a hill, which could be a challenge for some. Unfortunately, the rooms were outdated and had several issues. We had to switch rooms due to a leaking pipe in the bathroom, and the first room was placed near the kitchen, where we were woken up early by staff sitting outside our window chatting. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, which helped make up for some of the other issues. The second room was smaller, but it also had its own set of problems, including a dripping A/C. Breakfast was okay—standard offerings like eggs, bagels, pancakes, toast, and breakfast meats. There were three options offerings, but you could only choose one, which felt a bit limiting. I was also surprised that no fruit was provided, and I would have liked to see more local options available. While the service and location were great, the condition of the rooms and parking situation need improvement.
