This house is in a great location with a water view and is within walking distance to many places. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the water from the house. The house is located in a quiet area, but it is close to many buzzing restaurants, bars, live music, shopping and a fishing park right across the street from the house. The property has lots of outdoor space for entertaining and hanging out. There is plenty of room in the living room for an air bed or to sleep on the sofa in addition to the 3 bedrooms. The house is pet-friendly and is located near Woody’s Restaurant, a vacation favorite! The house is also located just a 5-minute walk to Upham beach. You can use the beach chairs, fishing rods, and bicycles available for your use. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and an outdoor firepit. You can enjoy the great sunsets from the house. It is perfect for families and small groups. It was rankedas the #1 Beach Tripadvisor 2021

Great Stay
The house and location lived up to our expectations. The check in process and the communication from the host and even the shared tenants on the property was amazing. Very welcoming environment and I would definitely stay here again.

A little bit of paradise
Everything was so nice. Beds were comfortable. Easy beach access. Local clubs a short walk. Ocean breeze and hammocks are a win win in the Florida heat. Convenient location to everything one would need for a relaxing vacation. Host is accommodating and groovy! Pleasant overall experience!

Disappointing
Completely misrepresented online. Sheets were stained, we get it, it is not a 5 star stay, but at least provide your patrons with some clean sheets. Ac units are way too loud and run non stop. Billiards table is not there even though it shows that it is available in the listing (one of the reasons we booked this place). Place looks like a storage, all sorts of big plastic containers everywhere outside. Furniture looks like it was picked up from the side of the road. We had two adults and two kids staying for 4 nights and had to leave after “sleeping” or rather not sleeping at all, after the first night. Take your family somewhere else, we did, we booked the hotel Zamora last minute, extended our stay and it was the best thing. Vrbo did nothing to help.

Group beach trip.
Stayed 4 days, House is in a great location, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Beach is only about a 5 minute walk. Had good communication with host. Overall a great experience.
