The lobby area was ok but the elevator was broken. The room was small and the mattress was lumpy and we kept slipping into the middle. I don’t think we’ll return.

We didn't realize there was no elevator until we checked in. The plumbing didn't work terribly well. However, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the lobby had an adorable bar and it really is walking distance from the best parts of Downtown St. Pete. I'd stay here again, for sure.
