You will love this high end renovation with brand new heated saltwater pool. Home is spacious and everything brand new.
Only three minute drive to beautiful beaches-1.5 miles. Located in a upscale neighborhood on a half acre lot. So much to do within a 2 mile distance. Boat rental, kayak rental, paddleboard rental, JetSki rentals, shopping, numerous restaurants, Pickleball courts, tennis courts, 186 acre park down the street Playground. One of the most coveted neighborhoods in Pinellas County. Per Pinellas County short-term rental standards. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. We are very strict with this standard and you will be asked to leave with no refund if there is excessive noise. We appreciate your cooperation.😊

Very accommodating for our family of 5 grandma. Everyone had their own bed and pool out back was perfect too. Very clean and owner Jon is available for any questions. Would definitely stay there again or recommend anyone stay. Beach is a short drive too.

Great Stay

We were in town for a gymnastics competition and this house was the perfect size! It's in a quiet area and close to everything. Communication with Joe was easy and he was very responsive! The house is cute and has everything you need. We would absolutely stay there again!
