The view and amenities were excellent! The room needed deep cleaned though. There was dust all over ceilings, dirt splatter on walls and doors and dirty dishes in the cabinets. This could be the perfect vacation spot with a little (or a lot) more attention to detail.

Rooms were clean, well stocked with everything we needed to make our suite our home with 3 kiddos for 3 full days. Kitchen utensils, full size refrigerator and stove, dishwasher, and even a washer and dryer. Check in was quick and easy as was check out. True beach front views from the balcony with a short walk to the white sand beach. Very conveniently located for a quick walk to many cool spots. Parking was a bit confusing with numbered spaces, not in order, but overall a great visit. Well worth it, would return.

Horrible just horrible. We were stay 4 nights but left the first night. Very, very dated room and the toilet in the bathroom was pouring out water so we contacted the office they came up to our room took a video of it, then laughed about it. Said it would be fixed first thing in the morning and no one ever showed up to fix it. Also, be aware that there is a huge black tube that is right on the beach where this hotel is located and you have to jump over it to get to the beach. Don’t Stay Here!

The beachfront location was great, but there were a few frustrating issues that impacted our stay. We were unable to check in early and were told this was due to housekeeping still needing to clean the unit; however, based on the condition of the room upon arrival, it did not appear that housekeeping had just been completed. The unit smelled stuffy, and we found broken glass under the refrigerator door, which raised safety concerns. Pool towels were not available, and since we were visiting from out of state with no beach essentials, we had to rent beach chairs, which was an unexpected additional expense. If beach amenities are not provided, clearer communication ahead of time would be helpful. Additionally, the kitchen utensils and cookware were very basic. We had planned to cook several meals, and upgraded or more complete kitchen supplies would have made a big difference. Overall, it was a good stay, but better cleanliness checks, clearer communication, and improved amenities would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Rooms were all nice and clean. The problem was there were only 4 towels for 4 people, staying 4 days. In addition, neither bathroom came with bath/body soap. No housekeeping, so we had to wash our own towels and purchase our own soap! For the price, these simple items should be included. We rented from this same place via VRBO two months ago and all of this was included, including laundry detergent to wash towels when we ran out even though we had more than 4 towels, total! In addition, we were given the wrong parking spot when we checked in.

Person checking us in couldn’t find our reservation. We had to do the work and help her find the confirmation number. It was stressful wondering if we were in the right place. She was unhelpful and didn’t want to be there. The room was ok. Bed not comfortable, appliances didn’t work well. The beach and pool were great but there are so many other places around there to stay. I’ll do better research next time.

I absolutely love it here. Clean room. Tons of space. The kitchen has everything you need. Washer and dryer in the room. Staff was very friendly. Beach is right out the back.

Liked location but lots of work being done at condo complex. Elevators not working alot of the time do to painting etc.This was a problem because im handicapped and use a scotter to get around. No remote for TV in master bedroom. Would stay again after all construction work is complete.
