This was hands down one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve ever had.From the moment we raised legitimate concerns, communication became a brick wall. Every response felt automated and empty. “We’ll check with our team” was repeated over and over with zero follow through. It honestly felt like arguing with a chatbot rather than dealing with a real property manager.Major issues included:• A hot tub that was visibly unsanitary, progressing from green water to dirty foam during our stay• A non functioning pool light• Paid amenities that were never usable• Absolutely no meaningful discussion or attempt at rate adjustment despite these problemsWe documented everything with photos and gave management ample opportunity to make things right. Nothing was resolved.To make matters worse, questions about the property itself were either ignored or answered with copy paste style responses that addressed nothing. No ownership. No accountability. No urgency.This property was misrepresented, and the lack of quality control is unacceptable. If you value your vacation time, money, or sanity, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.We will be providing Vrbo with the full message thread and documentation.Extremely disappointed.
