Rooms/property are old and outdated. On line photos seem misleading. Our room was downgraded with no price adjustment due to only one building out of three having a working elevator. Staff was not very friendly.

Great place until elevator broke

Room was great and views of the beach were awesome. The only issues we had were that the ice machine in our building was broke and we had to go to the adjacent building to get ice. The worst issue was that we were on the fourth floor and after arrival, the elevator broke down and we had to climb four floors of stairs to go out, get ice and drag our luggage down to the car when leaving. The office stated they would help with the luggage but there wa no mention of compensation for the inconvenience.

We had booked a water view room. We were on the 3rd floor and not many of the rooms booked. However, they put as almost all the way down to the end so our view was only 90 degrees as there other building was in front of ours and started at the end of our balcony. That was also the direction the sunset was, so we didn't see that. If you are looking for customers that is not the way to go about it.

Our stay was amazing with such a beautiful view of the Gulf. I'm pretty sure all the rooms face the water which I'm sure is nice for all guest. Throughout the day you can see dolphins swimming close to shore. You can also tell that the staff really put in the effort to not only have our rooms cleaned but the outside areas by the pool as well. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Girls weekend stay. Honestly surprised at the value. Great price right on the beach. Very clean room especially for an older place. Pool was nice and clean and lobby too. Convenient towels and ice made things easy. Would def stay again.

My cousin and I enjoyed our stay here. The room was really nice and quite. Loved the view of the ocean. Nice to not have to go to a packed beach. The woman at the front desk were so very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at the Shoreline island resort for a girls weekend trip. We had a beautiful ocean view from our balcony & even saw a dolphin in the morning. Easy access to the beach, lots of options nearby for dining & shopping. The room was clean with daily cleaning if desired we opted out of that for our stay. Parking was convenient. The front office staff were super friendly and helpful with our questions. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
