Home Away from Home -Ram Sea 309 is a SILVER rated CORNER two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This spacious 3rd floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf front balcony with a view of our sparkling sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 309 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat panel, color, cable televisions in living room and both bedrooms. Free wireless internet access.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Coin-operated laundries on the second and fourth floors of the building.

No smoking. Saturday arrivals only in peak seasons. Two parking spaces. Maximum occupancy: 6.

Roof work during our stay: we should have been informed about the roof repairs prior to our stay. It was loud at the pool level from the compressors and loud from the roof top with a lot of banging. Parking was limited due to the construction trucks. The Second Bedroom got really hot. No pool towels provided. Future renters be aware the Condo is not stocked with essentials like dish detergent, zip lock bags, aluminum foil, salt&pepper, etc. You will have to buy all of that.
