Great location and comfortable room. Walk to the beach is easy and just across the street. We enjoyed our stay. The pullout couch bed had no sheets anywhere in the condo and the floors were not very clean but kitchen, beds, and showers/bathrooms were clean. We would stay here again.

The Publix full grocery store is just down the street a few minutes walk. I love the assigned parking space that comes with the unit - no looking for an open space when you go out.

Great location with a beautiful view! Just across the street from the beach and within 10 minutes to restaurants in St. Pete and other areas! My only feedback would be that the furniture is quite old/stained, the carpet in the bedrooms is also in bad shape. At night the carpet would smell, which I assume is due to the age of the carpet. Other than that, it's a nice place.

I stayed in room 201, it was not clean. The floor,stove and table pedestal were dirty. There was also a coffee cup in the cabinet that was not clean. This was the third time I have stayed in these suites, and did not experience this. I hope this problem is corrected soon.

Room was ready when we got there. We've stayed here before, many times. The room is always clean. The staff has always been friendly. Free parking onsite. Full kitchen including laundry in room. Views are great of the marina and ocean view on the other side. Will definitely go back again.
