BEDROOMS WITH A VIEW: Our condo features three inviting bedrooms, perfect for a good night's sleep. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and direct access to the oceanfront balcony, so you can wake up to the sight and sound of the sea. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a day/twin bed. The cozy third bedroom has a queen bed and the window has both ocean and intercoastal waterway views. Each bedroom has a wall-mounted 55-inch screen TV.

MODERN COMFORTS: The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is the heart of the condo, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances. For coffee lovers we offer a Keurig, multi-cup coffee maker and french press. We also have a tea kettle, blender, toaster and hand-blender. The electric stove has a built-in air-fryer. The dining room is perfect for enjoying meals together or playing board games. There is a full-size washer and dryer. The living room offers another vantage point to enjoy the incredible ocean view, and is equipped with a wall-mounted 65-inch TV for evening relaxation.

PARKING SPACE: The condo comes with one of the best parking spaces in the building. It's conveniently covered, protecting your vehicle from the elements, and is strategically located just steps from the elevator for quick and easy access.
