This Direct Gulf Front condo at Ocean Side has 2 Bedrooms/2 Baths and is Newer Construction built in 2004. Unique to the top floor are Higher Ceilings and Skylights that bring in more light. This unit is comfortable and well appointed for your short or extended vacation. In addition, we provide beach chairs, umbrella, at our private poolside cabana so you don't have to bring additional luggage! All linens including beach towels are kept inside our unit. Our kitchen is fully equipped and Flat screen tvs are available in each bedroom and living room.
Located within minutes to dozens of restaurants and bars, tennis courts, skate park, fishing, paddling boarding, shopping, and 45 minutes from Busch Gardens and 1.5 hrs from Disney World. Update: Cleanng fee paid on arrival if not quoted on the rental $200 plus tax.

Great location, beach not crowded
We had a very nice stay at this condo. The location was very nice, just outside of Clearwater. The beach was not crowded which I loved. There is a little storage area for each condo beside the pool where beach chairs/umbrellas are to take to the beach which is just a hop/skip away. Beautiful view of the beach and the patio furniture is very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great condo
Very well stocked, comfortable beds; communication with the property manager was better when we arrived but prior to that payment was a little complicated. Some repairs needed (drawers off track in dressers, no parking passes, broken shelves in fridge/freezer, bulb out in fridge and in second bathroom) but no major concerns and Hilda addressed things when she was notified. Key to cabana is mislabeled-numbers need to be added/repainted on cabanas to ensure guests can find it easily. New beach towels for condo needed as well. Everything else was great, very clean, very well stocked, nicely decorated, and convenient to everything. Great beds.

Lovely beachfront condo
Immaculate beach front condo, property manager is amazing and returned calls with questions immediately and so helpful. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and wonderfully furnished, the only thing of note is that the 2nd bedroom is in the middle of the condo and there are no windows, so no natural light during the day. This was not an issue for us since my son loves to sleep in complete darkness like a bear, but it might be an issue for some people.

Indian Rocks Beach Oceanfront
My wife and I have stayed in this building multiple times before; first time in this unit, which is on the top (4th floor, one of the inside units). Unit was clean, nicely appointed, quiet, and has a beautiful unobstructed gulf view from the patio. Walking distance to many of the Indian Rocks Beach mainstays. Always received prompt responses from property contact whether through email prior to stay or by call/text on the one occasion we had to contact during our stay.

Great location . Condo really nice, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, clean
Could update rusty table and chairs (underneath) on patio but we sat on them and they were fine . Couldn't get TV service in BR's. Little tricky unlocking front door with the key. Prob needs new lock. But had a nice time and would rent there again.
