Condo Location
This beach condo is located on the Intracoastal waterway directly across the street from the white sandy beaches and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There are views of the gulf water from the front balcony and views of the intercoastal water from the back balcony. Its positioned in a unique location that is on a narrow strip of land providing a short distance from the Intracoastal and the Gulf of Mexico. Check out our video that shows a birds-eye view of the location, it's absolutely striking. The beach access is across the street and about a one-minute walk from the front of the building. For your safety, there is a flashing pedestrian walkway. This small condo complex consists of 4 buildings with 4 units each for a total of 16 units. The parking is located under the building and there are two assigned parking spaces.

Outdoor Amenities:
For your enjoyment and relaxation, we have several outdoor amenities. The outdoor BBQ and dining area is covered and located on the Intracoastal side with awesome views of the Intracoastal waterway. There are two barbeque grills, chaises, tables, and chairs for an alfresco experience. There is even a TV so that you don't miss any of the games! There is an open area if you want to sunbathe on a chaise or sit back in a chair and watch the wide variety of wildlife or boats go by.

The lounging area on the dock is another space that brings you closer to the water and the wildlife whether it's a manatee, dolphin, or a variety of tropical birds. For the outdoor sportsman, you can directly fish, paddleboard, or kayak from the dock. Within walking distance from the condo, there is a watersports rental shop. They offer kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, scooters, and boat rentals. The pool is renovated, is heated, and is a great place to enjoy right after being on the beach. There are bathrooms and an outdoor shower.

Condo Features and Amenities:
This is a spacious beadrom/2 bath condo with 1430 square feet. This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is your home away from home with all the necessary comforts. Enjoy sitting on the front private balcony that faces Gulf Blvd to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The living space is an open concept and excellent for entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a home-cooked meal. This kitchen is roomy, furnished with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a glass tile backsplash. Small ware appliances are provided such as Keurig coffee maker, percolator, toaster, blender, rice cooker, slow cooker, and microwave. The dining table sits four but extends to seat six, additional chairs are provided and stored in the master bedroom closet. The breakfast bar also sits four. For your comfort, the living area is furnished with two sofas, a 55-inch flat-screen TV with WiFi, a ROKU, and an electric fireplace for ambiance or for warmth during a cool Florida winter day. For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are provided.

The master bedroom is roomy with a king-size bed, has a 46-inch flat-screen TV with a ROKU, plenty of cabinetry storage, and a comfy sitting area. Stored in the walk-in closet is a play-and-pack. The back door leads to a private spacious balcony overlooking the pool and views of the Intracoastal Waterway. This is a perfect location to relax, read or take a nap on one of the comfy chairs. The large ensuite master bathroom has double vanity sinks and an oversized-Jacuzzi tub/shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, two twin beds, and a 46-inch flat-screen TV. The second bathroom has a bath/shower combination.

This condo is equipped with plenty of card and board games to keep all ages entertained. For your convenience, a storage room (located under the building) is equipped with all the beach gear you need. It includes an ice chest, beach bag, beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, floaties, toys, and a beach wagon to carry all the gear.

Restaurants, Shops, Sports, Theme Parks, Activities:
Within walking distance, there are excellent restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, cafes, beach shops, an ice cream parlor, and a pharmacy. Smuggler's Cove Adventure Golf is a mile away and John's Pass Village/Boardwalk is seven miles south of the condo. The Trolley stops in front of the building and runs from Pass-a-Grille Beach to Tarpon Springs. The local area has endless entertainment possibilities such as movie theaters, museums, botanical gardens, professional sports (hockey, baseball, football), golf courses, putt-putt golf, offshore fishing trips, and excursions to barrier islands for shelling. Visit the famousdolphinn Hope at the Clearwater Aquarium. You can take on a show or concert at Ruth Eckerd Hall or at the Mahaffey Theater. Forty-five minutes away takes you across the bay to Tampa and visit Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, and other local attractions. Orlando is a short distance away to visit the Disney Theme Parks, Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and other attractions. There are beach events that occur throughout the year in the nearby beach towns.
